Who you buy from#
AgentPeek is developed and sold by Bren Huber (sole developer). Support: brenhuberbusiness@gmail.com. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, VAT and sales tax, invoicing, and payment data. AgentPeek never sees your card details.
License grant#
One payment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AgentPeek on the number of Macs you purchased (1, 2, or 3). A "Mac" means one physical machine; each activation is tied to that machine's hardware ID.
You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer AgentPeek, except where the law permits it. All rights not granted here are reserved.
Updates#
Updates are included for as long as AgentPeek is offered and supported. "Lifetime" in marketing copy means the supported lifetime of the product, not a promise of perpetual development.
The license check renews a signed 30-day offline receipt. The app therefore needs to reach the license server at least once every 30 days while activated.
Seats and moving Macs#
To move a seat, use Deactivate on the old Mac, then activate on the new one. If a Mac dies or is lost and cannot be deactivated, contact support on X @brenhubr or brenhuberbusiness@gmail.com, and the seat will be reset manually.
Free trial#
The 3-day trial is free. It needs no account and no payment method, and it never converts to a charge. The trial is limited to one per Mac.
Refunds#
Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy. EU and UK consumers have a 14-day refund window under the statutory withdrawal right. Purchasers elsewhere can contact support with refund requests.
Warranty and liability#
AgentPeek is provided "as is", without warranties of merchantability or fitness, to the extent the law allows. Liability is capped at the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

These terms may change. The current version always lives at this URL, with the date below updated on each change.
